E-Mail from Grant Puls (ISP) - "Can Tim, by chance, make a change to these applications? I do not feel comfortable making the changes for the Firearm Dealer applications (430 ILCS 68 R Firearm Dealer License Certification Renewal, both regular and multi-locations, and 430 ILCS 68 I Firearm Dealer License Certification v1, both regular and Multi-Locations). If we can remove 4 and 5 underneath the Act, as I believe #3 covers all, then we should.
Then, under “Please upload the document in the following fields”. Please remove the third bullet point, “Affidavit document = Copy of Federal Firearms License Validity affidavit.
I have highlighted the items I am mentioning to avoid any confusion. I know we had a meeting in the past, and Tim mentioned how to do it then. But since then, that was the only time I had ever done it, and I thought I had removed these items then, but I did not. Thank you!"
