The FDLC application requires a form “FFL Validity Affidavit” that ISP does not require. Can you please remove this as a requirement on the application?

Need ability to search FDLC license (held by a business) by employee first/last name on the associated employee list. In other words, search for the employee name and find the FDLC license of the business he/she works for.
