Agency viewing constituent drafts

  • Add ability to add notes when you delete a submission

    • Question: Are notes required? Are they only required when deleting a constituent draft?

  • Notification to the end user that their draft submission was deleted.

  • Add the ability to view Deleted submissions

    • Agency

    • Constituent

    • Possibly add a 'Hide deleted submissions' checkbox that removes them from view?
